To add videos to your PowerPoint presentation, you need to ensure that your Office suite has been updated to the most recent version.

How to insert  video directly from the computer?

The process to add a video to your PowerPoint presentation from a file on the system is rather easy.

Step 1: Select the slide

You need to start by opening the presentation and going to the slide in which you wish to insert the video. You may change the order of the slide as and when you want.

 

 How to Insert  Videos into Google Slides?

In case you are using Google Slides to create the presentation, then follow the steps given below to add a video:

  1. First, move to the slide on which you want to add the video.
  2. Now, click on the Insert option at the top.
  3. Choose the Video option.
  4. Now, you can find the video from YouTube, add a YouTube link, or choose a video from the Drive.
  5. Select the video you want to add.

You can reposition the video however you want. You can even drag the video’s corner to change its size. Right-click on it to get more options for formatting the video.
